Gosh Vodacom is such a customer unfriendly company! A few weeks ago I complained via this forum, after trying in vain to sort out the problem directly with them, that I was no longer receiving itemised billing and that I wanted this reinstated (I never asked for it to be stopped) as well as six months of back statements to review.
As a result of my complaint I received an itemised statement (but not six months worth as requested) and no apology or explanation. Bad. I have recently received a new statement... and guess what... there is no itemised billing. Shame on you Vocacom for compounding your shoddy customer service by not fixing the issue that you created.
I will try again... please reinstate my itemised billing (which I never asked to be removed) and resend me a proper itemised statement for the last period. And, CHECK that the issue has been resolved on your system so that I do NOT have to go through this again next month.
