I cancelled all services with @lantic in May 2011 due to constant incorrect billing and to say the least - PATHETIC service! After dealing with Werner Steenkamp, the Financial Director I was under the impression that we finally resolved this issue and I was rid of this bad service. TELKOM is 5 star when comparing to @lantic! Needless to say I get a call this morning from debt collectors saying that I have been handed over for an outstanding account, I had been called by the same company in Novemeber 2011 and at that time provided them with all the information that they required and all of a sudden 2 years later, confusion kicks in again. I have had enough of the incompitence of companies that do not give a dam about customers! @lantic must be the worst company by far that I have ever dealt with!!!
