Another month, still here I sit and wait

Another monht has passed. I was contacted on the 31st of May to inform that the account will be cancelled, and there is a refund payment that I can expect within 3-7 working days? We are mid June, and still I beg to be rid of Cell C. Guys really, I am tired. Where do you have to beg for assistance and closure. I have sent it to the local newspaper as well, it is truly sad.
