I purchase a N9 Nokia from Autopage 2011/11/16 This unit has been faulty and been in for repairs 1. March/April2012-6weeks 2.Five weeks later it was in for repairs agin-8 weeks 3.In October2012 it went in again for repair and only returned to me in Jan 2013 Every time the fault was Freezing I asked for the phone to be replaced as it had spent the better part of 2012 in for Repairs Autopage Hillcrest refused I then asked for my contract to be cancelled HOW IS ONE TO CONTINUE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK? they refused to cancel my contract I have to pay for monies owing till end of contract WHAT FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALWAYS IN FOR REPAIRS??? I have tried speaking to someone of concern but all I get is a call centre with the response THEY CANNOT GELP ME I send emails and NOBODY COMES VACK TO YOU . I have a valid complaint and cannot get anyone of substance to assist me WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS > I now await a response re The Consumer Protection Act but would like SOMEBODY AT HEAD OFFICE TO RESPOND TO ME
