During the month of may I was phoned by vodacom call centre asking me if I wanted to do the handset upgrade over the phone since I was due and did not get time to go to their shops to do the upgrade because I just gave birth. The phone was to be delivered on the 29 of May and up until now nothing came.
A lady from vodacom call centre phoned again on the 29th to check if I have received the handset then I told her no she said she will follow it up. She never came back to me and when I phoned later that day they told me deliveries end at 5pm so I must wait for that time before I say it is not delivered. Well I did the following day phoned to inform them that I have not received the handset and they kept on transferring my call to other departments which did not pick up and ended up hanging the phone. Up until today I have not received anything no call from vodacom and when I phone them they are still transferring me with no luck.
All I want now is for the billing they did to be reversed so I can get my money back and I don't want their service anymore
