MY HUSBAND TOOK OUT 4 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C, ONE TOP UP, 2 TABLETS AND 1 BLACKBERRY. TOP UP IS USED BY MY SISTER IN LAW. BLACKBERRY BY MY HUSBAND, ALL THESE PHONES ARE USED WITH DIFF NETWORKS, SO WE NEVER USED THE SIM CARDS EXCEPT THE ONE MY SISTER IN LAW HAS... SADLY SOME HEAD HAS THE SAME NUMBER AS THE BLACKBERRY CONTRACT AND IS RUNNING THE BILL OVER R1300 IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS. CELL C DID NOT NOTIFY US, UNTIL YESTERDAY WHEN WE WANTED TO DO A UPGRADE. WE TRYING TO OPEN A CASE AND GUESS WHAT CELL C HAVING THE USELESS STAFF THEY GOT CANNOT ASSIST US WITH ANY INFO UNTIL WE HAVE A CASE NUMBER, SO HOW THE SHOULD WE GET A CASE NUMBER IF CELL C WONT GIVE US INFO??? THIS IS TRULY PATHETIC, AND IM GETTING MY LEGAL TEAM INVOLVED IN THIS... CELL C STAFF ARE USELESS. THEY ALL NEED TO GET FIRED AND CELL C NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM... SOMEONE BETTER GIVE ME A CALL TODAY ON 082 305 3373 SHUAIB BAKER, THE ACCOUNT HOLDER...
AND WHILE YOU AT IT I WANT TO CANCEL ALL THESE CONTRACTS WITH CELL C LIKE YESTERDAY... THEY SEE THE BILL IS RUNNING AND ITS NOT BEING PAID BUT THEY SHUT UP FOR 10MONTHS... U WILL CLOSE IT ALL AT NO COST...
