International Roaming!!!

International network service cut off without any warning.
My clients/business have been affected due to my roaming service being deactivated while abroad.

Called into SA Vodacom call center on 3 separate occasions and was informed that there was on my account. No one could tell me when or what had happened only that my account had been blocked.
I am overseas and the calls back and forth to South Africa have cost me a fortune. After explaining the situation on the third occasion, I was suddenly advised that my credit limit had now been increased - this had absolutely nothing to do with my previous dealings with the call center. Once again I was put on hold and after waiting a further 15 minutes on this international call I had no choice but to drop the call.

6 days on, I still have had no service, answers or any feedback from Vodacom
No agent had any record of previous dealings/calls or how to help. Only empty promises about unlocking my account.
