NO ACCOUNTS RECEIVED

Why cant CellC send me an account every month. I am struggling since Jan 2013 to get an account. I did change mu email address with the email sent to [Email Removed] On the report received reg the email sent the message I receive is "deleted without read". When trying to call CellC you are on the line for? 20/25 min. This is unacceptable. Now I receive sms'es that my service will be suspended due to non payment. I dont get any free minutes neither free sms'es. This is unacceptable.
