COMPLAINT WORST SERVICE EVER EVER

I upgraded from my blackberry to a Samsung S 4 and the lady who did the upgrade told me that I will immediately receive the new package deal that includes 1gig of data. I am using the phone now for more than a month and I still have not received my gig of data, I only receive 100 mb of data, although I phoned the customer call centre how many times and it was promised. Now when I phone them they tell me that the new package will only be received as soon as the contract expires, when the gentlemen of yesterday tells me they are looking into the matter why I am not receiving my extra 900mg of data, so everytime I phone each of them tell me another story, so I am getting billed for everything I am using at the moment, and I refuse to pay the amount because that's why I upgraded to get the gig of data for the amount of R399.It's the worst service I have evver experience from Cell c and still not receiving any feeback, and to go to a Cell c store they can't assist.
