Misleading and Unprofessional service

I signed a contract at 8TA in East Rand Mall at the rate of R1499 unlimited per month. For the first month they charged me a bill that added up to 3 contracts. after much inconvenience and poor service at East Rand Mall, I decided to go to 8TA at Lakeside Mall for help. They finally fixed the problem but till today I haven't received a copy of my contract. Also, I've been receiving bills for the past few months of - R1700 per month. Once again I've tried to contact both branches with regard to this and have been there over a dozen times with no joy. Nobody came back to me till today. Eugine at 8TA East Rand Mall has initially done the contract with me but is not interested in following up my complaint. What ever happened to R1499 unlimited? What ever happened to service delivery?
