New customer// No delivery

An consultant at Cell C Direct gave me a call about last week Monday for a New contract. I applied, so I get an email with tracking option, but no clarity whatsoever. I phoned on Thursday and consultant asked me to phone back on Tuesday. Phoned Cell C direct on Monday to find out if my application has been approved, approved on the 08/06 already. Phoned Cell C direct again today and consultant tells me it hasn't been sent to the courier?!? How long should I wait??
