On the 9th June I went into Cell C at Clearwater Mall to get a Data contract, I dealt with Andrea. I clearly stated that I wanted a 10G contract. I was offered a 2G contract and could purchase an additional 10G for R149. I specifically asked on 3 occasions is this anytime data and was assured it was. I requested that that be written on the contract which it was. On Tuesday 11th June I got a call I had already incurred R653.00 worth of data billing. When I said to her it was impossible as I had never used 12G data. I was asked to hold on after 6 minutes she came back on the line to say the contract I had was for 2G plus 10G Giganite. I explained that the contract I had signed said it was 2 10G anytime data. The reply I got was that it was not so, I was then told to fax a copy of my contract she said it was up to me to fax it and not for her to get and she was going to suspend the line until I have sorted this out. I then phoned Cell C head office and spoke to Thapelo and explained the position to him and the reply was please fax me the contract. I then explained I don't have the contract with me, can he not get it from the store. The reply was that unless I faxed him the contra
