Please can you tell me how is it possible that my account is on R289???

I was on the everyday contract for R249 a month, including BIS and R100 airtime???

I did my upgrade yesterday (10.06.2013) for a Samsung s3 mini.

Where do you get that amount from (R289)???

As I was on the contract that had BIS included, how can there be charges for using BIS? cell number 0832698746
