So I took out a contract Saturday afternoon, Approved and signed I was on my way home without the device.
I Only left without the device as the person assisted me promised that I would receive my device today or latest tomorrow morning (12 June 2013). Phoning them to verify I am told that the store does not have stock NOR the warehouse. And that I should be patient as it will be ordered within this week and can be expected by Friday next week. I Explained to them that I am leaving for KZN early Thursday morning and need it before then due to the fact that I will only be returning end of August. They told me they will see what they can do to help. A few hours to no response I called back to hear they do not have any Sony in stock at any and every BRANCH and WAREHOUSE. If I owned a cellular company it is plain common sense to have stock or if you are running low to stock up with enough to last for a few more weeks. But no they are clever and "THINK THE CLIENT IS STUPID AS TO HE/SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE/SHE IS TALKING ABOUT". Guess what. I Also worked with sales and receiving's, and we never ran out at all. STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!!! ALL OF IT
