Today I received a letter via E-mail from Pholosa Credit Solutions informing me that I am outstanding and overdue with a amount of R1114.81.
I have been with Cell C for more than 9 years, and this is a first that I receive a letter that I am outstanding.
How can I pay an amount if they do not send me supporting documentation to proof that I am outstanding. Then any one can send me a letter and I must pay.
If i do owe them the money I will pay it, but I can not pay money to every email letter that i receive.
I demand that Cell C provide me with supporting documentation to proof that i owe them the outstanding amount.
