2 Years ago we took out a Cell C internet bundle contract at this branch. From the first bill we experienced bad service when questioning the amount we got billed. After 6mnths it was shorted out. Itemized billing added on internet bundle contract - Ridiculous.
Midway through the contract (24mnth) the billing went up again. No notice given. After spending R100 on calls to clear R80 incorrect billing we decided to let the contract run out and just cancel it.
So we got to end of contract term now only to get an e-mail, "18/01/2013 09:02 Your subscription discount of R130.00 expires on 18/01/2013. Please note that standard charges will now be applicable" So much for giving proper notice. CPA requires that a Client must be given 40 day's notice of any increase to their billing.
Nashua mobiles answer to this after spending 30min53sec on my phone and my cost as the Branch could not help. "Sorry sir that is the system"
Now I have to pay double for one month as I need to give one month's notice. This even if they have, against our contract, over charged me for at least the
