Samsung B5330 Losing MTN Network (Part 2)

Original complaint: 28 May and Mantoa responded on 31 May. Her responce was that she has escalated the issue. I'm still waiting for someone to call me 11 days later and we can have this useless SAMSUNG phone fixed/swapped. What am I supposed to do now? Yesterday this phone was offline every 2 hrs, and this is what MTN want me to pay for. Mantoa, why dont you call me and give me the name of the person who can help? Is there anyone who can help? It now feels like I had a problem with the cash I spend to buy this USELESS SAMSUNG. I will take it again to HVRC CrownMines again today. Mantoa how do I accept your apology if it takes your employer almost 2 weeks to come back. Was that a standard response message that was designed long time ago before you even join MTN?
