I cancelled a contract on my daughters phone in March 2013 with the last date of contract being end of April 2013. I was assured that the contract would cancel as I also paid in the outstanding balance on the contract so that i could enter a new contract for her.
In May and now again in June I have been charged the contract amount of R100 even though it has been cancelled. I have written to Cell C Customer Support and all that happens is I get the next months bill.
