this is the 2nd incident i've had with Cell C and your Canal Walk store. Cell C advertise extensively the flexibility of their contracts, and that a month-to-month (bring your own device) contract is available.
When I attempted to take out a month to month contract today at your Canal Walk store, after escalation to the store manager, he blatantly refused to grant me this and when they called the call centre to confirm month-to-month contract availability, they too said that a month to month contract cannot be taken out. minimum term is 6 months. so where's the flexibility here?
your website still has the sliders for the contract term under "build your own contract", so why is this offering not available any longer? this is a matter of false advertising.
i was assisting my friend with getting a contract and recommended them to cell c because of their flexibility. when i took out my month to month contract last year, they too refused but i insisted. months later this issue still exists? when is this going to be sorted, and when is clarity going to be given to your store staff, franchisees, and call centre staff on this matter?
