After migrating from Autopage Cellular to vodacom in May 2012, i was totally blown away that i was put on ITC for an outstanding amount still owed to Autopage
When i migrated to Vodacom, Autopage even made a payment back to me and I was told that settles the account. No final demand no more accounts nothing from them in over a year.
Imagine my surprise as i apply for a home loan and I'm told I am on ITC for an outstanding balance owed to Autopage.
My first responce is to call Autopage and get started to sort it out. After numerous calls I get to the conclusion that I now have a bad credit report as no communication in this regard have been sent to me.
One the operaters tells me that if i settle the outstanding account i will receive a settlement letter and within 7 days i will have my credit rating restored. OK so i pay them, i send them the proof, i call them... one person after another... 4 operaters later a very friendly one tells me she will send me the settlement letter
just recieved the letter after another call and thanks to Autopage I now have a BAD credit Rating... My opinion on this: Watch out when you decide to do business with this company!
