No working SIM card after 4 days

Hi, I have ordered a MTN anytime 200 contract that includes a Sony Experia Z on Tuesday 4 June 2013. I received a phonecall on 5June from RTT, who is the courier company being used to deliver the goods saying my parcel will be delivered on 6June. At 3:10pm i called RTT to follow up on the delivery, of which was said its onroute. At 4:33pm i followed up again and it was said that the parcel wont be delivered. The following morning i called again and they said its onroute for delivery. I queried and said it should have been with me the day before, they said it will be with me 2:30pm on 7June. 2:45pm came and no delivery. I then called RTT and they said i must speak to the driver, of which the driver asked for directions to my place, At which point i said i am not the driver and i cant give directions. I then called MTN-Direct and said i have no parcel yet. I managed to get a RTT driver supervisor number. the parcel arrived 4:06pm on 7june. Since then we tried to get the SIM card activated 4 times, of which the response was "sir give it 2-24 hours". It is 10june 2:30pm and no working phone. As a Vodacom customer i have spent 52mins:11 secs of my time to get a working phone, with no luck
