Discrepancies in insurance contract

On the 30/01/2010 I signed an insurance contract that covered me for between 5001 and 7900 at vodashop in vodaworld. Recently I lodged a claim with vodacom insurance aka cellsure and only to find out my covered band has been throttled back to between 5000 and 7000 which is not inline with what I have signed at vodacom, when I tried all means to resolve the issue with cellsure I got such a pathetic poor service, the incompetences of their call centre consultants is disgusting, it is such a shame and poses reputational risk not only to cellsure but to vodacom/Vodafone. My claim was approved for 7000 and NOT 7900 as I expected. I need Vodacom to help sort out these inconsistencies since I'm their client and so they should deal with their underwriter.
