I recently ported my number with Nashua Mobile. I phoned on Saturday 1 June to add on a data bundle and was told it cannot be done because porting is not complete but they would sort it out and phone me back to add on the data. I phoned again today, Sat 8 June and I get the same story. Nothing has been done, no one has given me any feedback. I need to use data on a daily basis and I am sure Nashua Mobile would be more than happy to charge me out of bundle rates but they will need to refund me for any data charges out of bundle because i have clearly done my part while nobody bothers to do their part at Nashua Mobile.
