Incredible poor service

This is literally the poorest service I've ever received from any company, ever. I realise that sounds sounds like a exaggeration, but I promise you it isn't.

I took my phone into Altech Autopage a month ago for a insurance claim. I have repeatedly phone Altech and spoken to their call centre in connection with where my phone is and how my claim is coming along.

Just about every person I have spoken to has a terrible attitude. They dont give flying, and ones that sound like they do, promise to call back and never do. At least 6 people have promised to return my call with more information, and guess what, I never receive that call.

I'm and currently on hold, because I'm supposedly being put through to the manager of the call centre. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Every time someone answers the phone, its not Kevin the manager, its someone else who promises to put me through.

Whatever you do, do not take out a contract with Altech Autopage Cellur. I promise you, you are better off just taking out a contract directly with the service provider ie: VODACOM, MTM or CELL C.
