Keeping me on hold for 34 plus minutes

I have a query on my account relating to a bolt on data package that should be cancelled. I spoke to an operator who supposedly put me through to someone that can help me with the query. After 34 minutes of listening to mind numbing music I hung up.

On previous call I was given the option to leave my phone number for a call back - that never happened either.
