Renew contract without supplying a phone

During April 2013 I was contacted by 8ta to inform me that I must renew my contract at any Telkom mobile store. On the 25th of May 2013 I visited the Telkom Mobile store at Riverside Mall in Nelspruit in order to renew my contract which expires on the 29th of May 2013. During my visit I was informed by Sifiso that I cannot receive my new cellphone before my old contract has not expired yet. He informed me that my new cellphone will be couriered to me as soon as my new contract is in place. Since the 1st of June 2013 I have been phoning him to confirm if the cellphone has been send but every time he will tell me that he needs to speak to the manager he will call me back in 10 minutes. On the 3rd of June I receive an invoice from Telkom Mobile indicating the new amount that will be due at the end of the month. I phoned again on the 5th of June and requested to speak to the manager but I was informed by Sakane that the manager is not available but he will phone me back. (She refused to give me a contact number of the manager). So now I am writing this report, still waiting for anyone from Telkom Mobile to contact me about the delivery of my cellphone.
