We are experiencing inconsistent speed on our 4meg ADSL connection and tried everything for the last three months. Telkom tell us to contact MWEB and vice versa. The standard answer is reset your modem or tell Telkom to do a port reset. People in service center can't resolve problems. They just have a standard answer and can't understand if we tell them something is wrong. When you phone in and speak to someone then rest assured you will never ever be able to speak to that specific person again. You need to explain your problem again and again and again to 10 different people. I've had enough of MWEB and Telkom alike.
