Cell C gives client broken phone on new contract

I opened a new Cell C phone contract for the Galaxy S4, but 3 days after having the phone, the screen cracked when i pressed on it lightly. Obviously the phone had a small crack already coming out of the box, there was also a dent suggesting that it had fallen. Now the best part is it is within the 7 day period BUT Cell C does not want to give me a new phone neither do they want to cancel my contract, they are making it sound as if I damaged the phone when actualy I recieved it like that, they came to fetch my phone from work only to inspect (not to fix or replace my phone) and now Cell C is gonna make me pay R3000 for a brand new phone that i did not damage at all. I moved from MTN because Cell C boasts that they are the best when actualy the move was the worst move ive ever made! STAY AWAY FROM CELL C PEOPLE, all talk and empty promises but they never deliver on their promises. CELL C
