Well I thought that when I ported from Vodacom to Cell C, I was doing a good thing. WOST DECISION EVER!!!
1. I have called Cell C millions of times (still waiting for the responses for each)
2. Signal is terrible. Calls drop. Often SOS signal. This is all over JHB. Not just in one area.
3. Still waiting for someone to get back to me to come test the signal at my house.
I really find it disgusting that when a call centre agent says someone will get back to you within 24-48 working hours, and 3 weeks later NOTHING! The signal is so terrible everywhere that I think I want to cancel my 6 company contracts and move back to Vodacom. At least they have better signal and service!!!
