We tried upgrading a contract, and we are still waiting for response. every time we call to find out, Moses is unavailable. Apparently they tried sending the phone to us, but no one was ever at the delivery address to deliver it. they say that no one was home, but there is always someone home, and they did not even bother phoning to say they are there. we went to a walk-in store, but they cannot assist because the upgrade deal is hanging with head office. the first time we spoke to Moses regarding the upgrade was in March.
From mid may they are waiting for a credit note to be done at head office, so that the store can do the upgrade.
Tried speaking to a manager at head office, but he is always on the phone and is unable to take our calls.
