Cell C is a major let down. After having given instruction last year to cancel the debit order which wasnt done only untill last month. This has in turn to date cost me almost R2000 in rejected debit orders.
After having complained last month did they cancel the debit order no apology no phone call nothing.
Today i get an sms from cell c saying that i will be charged R70 everytime my debit order comes back rejected. Now here is the question cell c when are you paying all my related costs as a result of cell c repeatedly processing a debit orders on my account from November last year till May 2013?
Cell c has not made any communiccation with me other than a standard email.
Cell c does not even know when my current contract has started the dates there system gives is completely incorrect.
Sadly i have been a customer of cell c for the past 10 years or more.
