On the 16 May 2013 i activated BIS (R57 for 30 Days) on the 30 May it stopped working, i contacted the CellC customer care line and they told me that they will investigate the matter and revert back to me, on Tuesday the 04 June 13, i called cellc again because they hadnt gotten back to me regarding the matter, i was told that my BIS hjad been cancelled because i cancelled my contract to move to prepaid, my BIS And contract have nothing to do with each other. What happens is Cell C has been sending me air time (R 115) on the 15 of every month and from that R115, i would purchase BIS for R 57. Cellc is telling me that they cancelled my BIS because i didnt renew my contract, like i said my BIS has nothing to do with the contract, i paid for the air time that i used to purchase the BIS, i need help getting my money back for the BIS they cancelled.
