I have a contract with Vodacom, the contract was due for an upgrade and i went to a Vodacom Shop in Gardi Square Johannesburg for an upgrade, they did not have the required cell phone and i advised them to call me if available, they continued with the upgrade without me being there and never recieved the phone. Due to that i cancelled the upgrade and was reversed back to the previous package. Vodacom has billed me for the cancelled upgrade and are failing to come up with an answer as to why, i spoke to several consultants who are so incompetent. it make me wonder what the entry level is to be a consultant at Vodacom. I have been sent back and forth to all the departments there and still no resolution.
