Cancellation of a Contract

A contract was taken out by My mother at the above branch.
My Mother is not well so there for did not know or understand the consequence of this Contract WHICH she SIGNED. Vodacom does not do a Credit Check on existing Customers that hold an account with them (this i know from experience) They Gave My Mother a Contact of two phones which she can not afford financially.
We submitted a Letter from the Hospital Stating my mother Admitted as she is unfit and cant not understand what she is doing. We gave all these Document to the Vodacom Shop in West street Stating our Problem, they said they will contact head office and get back to us. Naz Called my sister stating that the contract can not be cancelled as my mother knew what she was doing! I did not know Vodacom is Also part of the Doctor Flied. My sister Has Power of attorney over my mother finances and she was told that she can not sign on my mother behalf as the letter she has is Non avoid. I want this contract Cancelled with immediate effect as my mother can not afford it and is not in the right frame of mind to make these decisions for herself. I am under the impression that a cell phone contact can be canceled within 7days.
