Billed for 6 months contract in stead of 24 months

I contacted the upgrade call centre to upgrade my one (of five) contract to a 24month contract which included a Samsung S3 Mini for R199 per month for 24 Months.
On the 15th of May I made contact with Cell C via email (REF: 122160368) to query why I had to pay R833 on the above mentioned contract. They replied on the 23rd of May with an e-mail (ref nr 122160368) stating that it is because I upgraded to a 6 month contract.
I contacted the call centre again and asked if they had listened to the voice recording of my call I made to upgrade my contract to the 24 month contract which costs R199 per month. They said that they did and that is why they replied with the response in the e-mail. The call centre agent could not assist me further and I had to speak to the team leader. The team leader promised to investigate the matter and provide feedback. The team leader then phoned me and said that the voice recording did say that it was a 24 month contract for R199 per month (the date of this call was 23 May 2013). She said that she will try to rectify it. I never received a call again. I have spent 01h52m29s to try and resolve Cell C's mess and it still hasn't been resolved.
