Poor customer service, billing incorrect contract

I am beginning to feel that switching to Cell C has been the worse mistake ever. I applied to Cell C direct for a contract, did not hear from them for weeks, went to customer service store in Tygervalley who saw the application but it was pending, they cancelled it, gave me a new handset immediately, said the Cell C direct application will be cancelled. A month later, ANOTHER Z10 arrived at my work. I called Cell C direct who advised they wil send couriers to collect again, it was mistake. Couriers collected, a week later called me again saying they have my new handset!! I spoke to 3 different people, who promised that i will not be billed for this account, I did not activate the SIM. Now another month later my bank debited in amount of R391.61 for a contract I did NOT agree to also a handset i DO not have, i Sent it back cause I already have an existing contract!!! Phoning customer service dept is USELESS cause no one can actually assist, and I get transferred to cancellations, but keep holding for over 30mins! I want this sorted ASAP, and i want my money back! Correct contract is: 121788979 which i use, Incorrect one is: 122357002. Query Ref: 306010088. Bad service Cell C!!
