I started a new contract with Cell c beginning May. The contract included la[top and modem with internet access. From day one the modem was faulty i phoned them reporting the problem.the said they will send a courir within 3-7 days to pick up the faulty modem and laptop. After several calls to different consultants they manage to pick it up12 working days.
They informed me the problem will be solve within 3-7 working days. Again after several phone calls including the IT dept nobody could tell me where the laptop and modem is. I have spoken to Junell she was supposse to phone me last wednesday until today no one phoned me and no news of where or when I will be able to use my laptop. Could someone please see my frustration please check my records and history at Cellc please help me to get working laptop and modem back.
