I just want to know if you sign a contract for R149 by Cell C, how can they charge you R186 if nothing was said @ the time an the contract states R149, i have called the helpline an no joy, also phoned the branch where contract was taken out for the regional manageress to call me regarding the matter but also no joy, looks like they just want you to take a contract out then after that you dont mean anything, if i am been caught out like this how many other people are also an extra R36 pp x 1m =??? to much money for nothing. Also i will only pay the R149 pm as thats what the contract states not a cent more.
