Who is the owner of jabba connect

I had a contract with jabba connect which I settled mid May. On the 28th of May I received a sms from jabba connect to say that I will be handed over to they attorneys. I spoke to Bradley and he advised me very apologetically that he would personally make sure that jabba connect wil not contact me ever again. Then on the 1st of June my account got debited for my monthly subs. I called them and they said a manager would call me back. when called back I was told that there is no senoir manager as all of them are in a meeting and that my money will take 48 hours to be repaid. Why must I be the one to suffer after Jabba is the one that is not doing there jobs and why can you never speak to some one that can advise why this is happening and who is to blame for this? If one of the senoir managers or the owner of jabba connect can contact me and explain why I would appreciate it.
