3G DEVICE NOT WORKING

Got update 3gmobile device sept 2012 approx from then device back/forth complain very hot, loosing single told no device will get warn during use yeah but notso that it burns fingers. Next internet lines down be patient this in Nov 2012 so we wait and battle. back again this year still say device needs updates need dvd to backup. Go 2nd opinion at Saveways voda shop no upgrades necessary device problem. back this time sorry cant help go see an IT shop. go pal at Incredible Connection two shop says oh no not again it vodacom problem not his. Go back no luck. Note have sent in wife and brother as work on site. Go in myself told send device away will take a week. 1 hr late told to collect and informed device bent customer abuse no warranty. Send emails to JHB get Mark reply checked customer abuse not even seen device. Fed up so wife take old device back to activate. Activated but wont work. go myself Friday great IT youngerster set it all up on device and computer now works. show new device to him he says not customer abuse but defetive device can clearly see. He says repair dept always use this excuse and clients fight all day with them. Hepl I only want fairness
