In May I requested a data bundle, unfortunately the line was disconnected and I was given 500mg of data I called immediately to ask for them to change it to 1 gig I was told that it was already loaded and they could not change the data I had been given. I advised the call centre agent that from June I did not want 500mb of data any more and he advised me that it wasnt a problem because the data was loaded as a once off. Today I realised I had another 500mb of data. I called the call centre and they advised me that I will have to take the data for the month and the cancellation will go through at the end of June.
I do not want the data bundle you have loaded on my account. Please take it back. I do not want it. I do not want it even for the month of June. I do not want it at all... I do not want to be billed for something I know I called to cancel. I do not want to wait until the end of June. I am sure I have used it now to log this query, please bill that on my monthly airtime. Please take your data back.
