Thank you for the reply, however I have already visited the @tlantic via Autopage. I have completed the prescribed form, since then I have not received any response. When I visited @tlantic they agreed that the downloading speed and the signal strength must be resolved by MTN. MTN is still the service provider who provides the internet contract which provides the signal strength and the download speed. Overall the MTN contract of MTN uncapped lite still indicates the downloading speed and signal strength which I am not receiving since the date that I received the internet package from MTN. I am still dissatisfied and it is clear that I am not receiving the downloading speed as indicated in your policy. This is a breach of contract on your side. I can not resolve the internal agreements between MTN and Autopage. In the end it still remains MTN's responsibility to ensure that the conditions of the contract are complied with. I have done everything possible from my side to try to resolve this. I am paying for a service that I am NOT receiving. Please resolve this urgently. I AM STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR SERVICE THAT I AM RECEIVING. :(
