R1000 per month for at least a yea

I previously made a complaint that I was being charged on average R1000 per month for "Content Services" which I never registered for, agreed to, or gave permission to be billed for.

After my complaint Vodacom said "it wont happen again" (over the phone).

Tonight I looked at the statement and once again there is a charge for "Content Services" in excess of R1000.

I am appalled.

This is. Vodacom is money!

I am going to fight this - Vodacom needs to pay me for these content services they charged because I never ever signed up for them. They owe the money back (including the past year and if not more).

And if they don't put an end to this charge I am going to cancel the debit order.

All I have to say is that anybody who has an account at Vodacom must check their statements. Because you don't want to realise one day that Vodacom has cheated you in excess of R20 000!
