We have a prepaid account with Telkom. Since day 1 I have had endless issues with the debit order, each and every phone call I have ever made to Telkom has been over a debit order issue. Last month I even changed the debit order details from my husbands account to mine and yet still no debit order has been put through for the monthly charge. Now Telkom send's me an SMS stating my account is in arrears! Surely if Telkom doesn't debit my account, of course the account will be in arrears!! Please either sort this mundane issue out or advise me as to how I can cancel this service and move over to a reliable service provider who will actually take care of me as a customer!
