In July 2012 we were billed for a cell number / calls that we did not own. This has been confirmed as an error and a credit will be passed onto our account. I have been calling what seems like once a month, but still don't have the credit. Every time I am told it has been escalated and the credit will be done. It has not.
My banking details changed about 3 months ago and I decided to wait for MTN to contact me as I knew they would not be able to take the monthly billing from my account. I was not really surprised when I did not get a call, but had my account suspended and received threatening TXT saying I should pay my account or face legal action. I have made a payment now, but still no credit. What is going on?
I wonder how many other people out there have just written off credits owed to them as the time wasted to get your money back is just not worth it??
