Cellc refuses to give me a new phone! after 3 months of paying for a broken phone! they say it has water damage! so why did the repair centre tell me to go instore an pick up an new one! my point is, why let me wait 3months an then tell me! an why tell me to go instore for a new one! why!!!??? an all cellc has to say is that I gota continue to pay for a broken phone!!! I am sick of cellc!!! made me run around like a fool for 3 months! cellc c! their network! store consultants aswell as customer care! I will never reffer anyone to them ever again!
