DEBT my account but does not adhere to my enquiry

I have logged so many request for the same problem: the

AI am very disspointed as logged so many request with the same issue:

Telephony R 175.44 (my mtn 200) I cancelled this and was charged the amount and never received the minutes (need to be credited)

SO WHY DO I ONLY GET A CREDIT OF 189...??? Can I get proper feedback, I cannot log a request every time and explain the same problem.
