I have been having difficulty in trying to get my cellphone number to be released from Altech Autopage for the past month!!!
I opted to get an s3 mini on MTN however, i waited for 3 weeks patiently for the phone to arrive! I eventually opted not to have the phone as i was tired of waiting!
I then went to MTN directly as they had stock, and then tried to take the contract with them. However they could not port the number as it shows that it is already ported on Autopage's network! So despite calling the Autopage branch and requesting that the contract is cancelled, they had failed to do so! Then after calling the head office of autopage, and being transferred between six consultants, i was promised it would be taken off the network! However, it has been almost a week and im stuck at square one!!!
I am currently unable to use my phone and number with no one knowing what is wrong!!!
Please help!
