Bad Customer Service

I have been trying to contact the Rosebank Mall branch of Telkom Direct for the past few days. The phone either rings continuously and goes to voicemail or stays engaged for long periods. I tried calling the management office of the Rosebank mall and they confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the telephone. Apparently Telkom Direct are very busy. I cannot understand how a small shop with probably two or three staff are that busy that they do not answer the telephone at all. I am in Morningside, Sandton and the closest Telkom Direct shop for me is the one in Rosebank. I have been to the shop twice and they were closed, although on the website the operating hours tell a different story. It has become absolutely frustrating having to call every day and go all the way there and still there is no "customer service".
