Mtn Blackberry handset charge Port

Hereby I would like to logged a complaint regards to blackberry cellphone we got through MTN.
Currently I am not very happy with the service we get through mtn regards to a blackberry cellphone that we handed in. The phone is only 3 months old and the charge port pulled out when trying to disconnect the charger. This was not forced out. The feedback I received was that is beyond economical repair and warranty falls away. I totally disagree with this due to the fact that the charger was not forced out and they could not proof to me that this is bad workmanship in the first Place. I asked them to re-send the phone for a second opinion this was not done. I only received a mail again saying the same as what I was told telephonically. REQ:2209226. The main component of a phone surely should still be under warranty. This is not a battery it is part of the phone. As client I feel that we do not benefit at all and now for 2 years I have to pay for a phone that means nothing. I cannot even reply to the mail they send me to ask them to take it up with blackberry.
It is easier to say the warranty falls aways.
